Cube Sheet in 5 Minutes · for moving companies

Online moving estimates in 5 minutes, in your company's name.

Your customer builds the cube sheet, typing it in or taking a photo of each room, and answers only the questions that change the price. In about 5 minutes you have the itemized estimate, priced on your own rates. They get a price range by email in your name, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

2 minutes: the customer's side, then yours.

The estimate is where you win or lose the job.

A customer fills in your quote form at 9 pm. When do they get a number from you? Tomorrow, after someone calls them back and spends half an hour going room by room. They asked two other movers the same night.

And a wrong number costs you either way. Too high and they book someone else. Too low and you eat the difference on move day, or have the argument in their driveway.

What your customer does, and what you get

Your customer, any hour

  1. 1Opens your link, your website form, or the chat bubble.
  2. 2Lists the home room by room: types it (“king bed, two dressers, sofa, about 30 boxes”) or takes a photo of each room and it names the items.
  3. 3Answers only what changes the price: stairs or elevator, long carry, packing, anything heavy like a piano or a gun safe.
  4. 4Gets a price range by email in your company’s name once you approve it, with the date held until you confirm.
  5. 5Checks the item list and signs it. That ends “I never said I had a piano.”

You and your office

  • The itemized estimate in your inbox: items by room, cubic feet, weight, crew, hours, boxes and materials, and a flag on anything it wasn't sure about.
  • Approve it as it is, or change a number first. Either way, one click sends it.
  • Your team signs in on their phones, up to 10 people, with every estimate in one list by customer.
  • A crew sheet the night before: what's in the house, what's fragile, access notes.

Three ways onto your website

A link

For your office to text or email, and for your Google profile and social pages.

A form on your page

Built into your own quote page, in your logo and colors.

A chat bubble

In the corner of every page of your website.

Your web person pastes one line. I send them the instructions.

It prices the move the way you do.

Your rates, crew sizes, minimums, travel fees and packing materials. Set once, never shown to a customer.

It handles the rules real tariffs use: a different rate for each day of the week, peak-season rates, an extra mover added instead of a crew going past a set number of hours, trip fees by distance and number of trucks, and packing by the hour.

What it never does

  • Show your rate sheet to a customer.
  • Send a binding number without your click.
  • Guess an item's size without flagging it.
  • Price a long-distance move unless you've given it your tariff.
Founding price: first 5 movers only

Cube Sheet in 5 Minutes

$1,497 one time

Half the regular price. After the first 5 movers it's $3,000.

  • Built for your company: your rates, your items, your logo, your wording.
  • The link, the form for your website, and the chat bubble.
  • Your office workspace for up to 10 people.
  • Customer sign-off on every inventory.
  • Crew sheet the night before, and a Monday summary of estimates sent and booked.
  • The federal notices interstate estimates need, already written in.
  • 30 days of me watching it after it goes live.

Who you'd be working with

I'm Muhammad Ali, a software engineer who builds for moving companies. The systems I've built run a working moving company's office every day: crew payroll, damage claims, referrals, booking-call grading, and an owner's dashboard that puts five platforms on one screen.

So you won't have to explain what a cube sheet is, what a long carry costs, or why the estimate has to be right.

Questions owners ask

What is a cube sheet?

A cube sheet is the list of everything being moved, room by room, with the cubic feet and weight of each item. Movers use it to decide the truck, the crew and the hours, which is what the price comes from. This builds the cube sheet from what your customer tells it, then prices it on your rates.

How does an online moving estimate work for my customers?

Your customer opens your link or the form on your website, lists their home by typing it or taking photos of each room, and answers the few questions that change the price. You get the itemized estimate first. Once you approve it, or if you turn on auto-send, they get a price range by email in your company's name.

Can I try it myself?

Yes. Ask for your own demo link and I'll send one you can fill in as a customer would. You'll get the customer's email and see the estimate your office would get.

Do I have to change my CRM?

No. The estimate lands in your email and your office workspace, and your team keeps working the way it does now. If you want every lead and estimate in your CRM too, tell me which CRM you use and I'll tell you what connecting it takes.

Will customers see my rates?

Never. They see a range. Your rate sheet stays private.

What if an estimate is wrong?

You see every one before it goes out, unless you turn on auto-send. Anything it wasn't sure about is flagged. Change a number and that's the number that goes.

Is the price binding?

Only if you make it binding. That's always your click, one job at a time.

Does it send text messages?

Not as standard. Estimates and reminders go by email. If you have a texting account such as Twilio or RingCentral, I'll add texts on your own business number for $200.

What does it cost after I buy it?

Nothing to me. Hosting is about $20 a month on your own account, plus the AI usage, also on your account. You own it outright.

How long until it's live?

5 business days from your start date, or you get every dollar back.
